Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

John Samuel today notified the Company that he has today exercised options
over 60,000 shares at a price of 30 pence per share and sold these shares at
838 pence each. As a consequence, his beneficial interest in the share capital
of the Company remains unchanged.
