Result of Retail Offer

Further to the announcements dated 12 February 2024, Equipmake, the UK-based engineering specialist pioneering the development and production of electrification products across the automotive, aerospace, bus, and coach industries, is pleased to announce that, following the closing of the Retail Offer via the BookBuild Platform at 4.35 p.m. today, 1,836,696 new Ordinary Shares will be issued at a price of 6 pence per Retail Offer Share in connection with the Retail Offer, raising gross proceeds of £110,202.

Admission of Ordinary Shares

Application has been made for the Retail Offer Shares, Non-VCT Placing Shares and Subscription Shares, in aggregate 22,170,029 Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on the Aquis Apex exchange ("Admission"). Admission is expected to commence at 8:00 a.m. on or around 16 February 2024.

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

Upon Admission, the Company will have 1,020,074,569 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company upon Admission is therefore 1,020,074,569  and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator by which they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement and not separately defined shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company's announcement (Launch Announcement) published at 13.:01 on 12 February 2024.
