Holding in the Company

Cenkos Securities plc has today received notification that on 11 July 2012 the Cenkos Securities EBT ("EBT") purchased 467,750 Ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 50.99 pence per share.  The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the employees including executive directors of the Company. The shares held in the EBT are intended to be used to satisfy share awards made under the Company's Share options schemes. 

The EBT's total holding is now 2,401,250 Ordinary shares (previously 1,933,500), representing 3.30% (2.66%) of the Company's issued share capital*.

* The issued share capital of the Company consists of 72,771,170 shares and is divided into 68,778,405 Ordinary shares of 1 penny each which are admitted to trading on AIM, and 3,992,765 B shares of 1 penny each which are not admitted to trading on AIM.  All shares have equal voting rights.

Calculations are based on the total issued share capital figure of 72,771,170 shares.
