Carillion PLC 04 November 2005 4 November 2005 Carillion signs Regional Prime Central contract worth in excess of £500 million Support services and construction company Carillion, in joint venture with Enterprise, has signed the Regional Prime Central contract worth in excess of £500million. The contract is to maintain the Ministry of Defence's built estate of around 8,500 buildings and other assets throughout the Midlands, North of England and Wales over a seven-year period, with the potential for a three-year extension. The joint venture, CarillionEnterprise Ltd, will also be responsible for any refurbishment or non-pfi new build for the same portfolio. Mobilisation is now in progress with full service delivery beginning in April 2006.
