             INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2002


The board of The Cardiff Property plc announces that the interim results of the
company for the six months ended 31 March 2002 will be released to The Stock
Exchange for publication on Friday 10 May 2002.
