Carclo plc announces the following transactions by directors:
Mr G M Kennedy has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in
the company at 108p per share. His new total shareholding
will be 68,888 ordinary shares (0.124%).
Mrs B M Richmond, has today purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in
the company at 108p per share. This represents her total
interest in the company.
