- the following Directors of BP p.l.c. were granted options over the numbers of
BP Ordinary shares detailed below on 3 July 2001 @ £5.11 per share under the BP
ShareSaveUK Plan:-
Dr J.G.S. Buchanan 1,320 shares under option
exercisable between 1.9.06 and 28.2.07
Mr R.L. Olver 1,137 shares under option
exercisable between 1.9.03 and 28.2.04
