Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange
Limited for a total of 20,000,000 Ordinary shares of USD0.25
each ('shares') to be admitted to the Official List.  It is
expected that permission to admit the new shares will be
granted on Wednesday 24 November 1999.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and
will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options
pursuant to the following scheme:

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the
