Bluefield Solar (LON:BSIF), a sterling income fund that invests in UK-based solar assets, received notification that Mr John Rennocks, a Director of the Company, sold a total of 130,702 Ordinary Shares in the Company.  Following the transactions, Mr Rennocks' beneficial interest in the Company is 316,011 shares, representing 0.09% of the issued capital of the Company.
