Barclays concludes placing of Reserve Capital Instruments


Barclays confirms that £500m of Reserve Capital Instruments, made available by Qatar Holding LLC and entities representing the beneficial interests of HH Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, have been placed with Barclays institutional investors in full.

The companies represent beneficial interests of HH Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Amongst other business interests HH Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is Minister of Presidential Affairs of the UAE and Chairman of International Petroleum Investment Company.
