The board of directors of BBVA, in its meeting held today March 23, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Roman Knörr Borrás, as member of the board, due to the fact that he has reached the age limit provided in the Regulation of the board, and has thanked him for his valuable contribution to the bank from his position in the board.
