The Company has today been informed that on the 3 August 2000 Mrs Susan
Metcalfe sold 4,301 Ordinary 25p Shares of the Company and, on the same date,
purchased 4,930 Ordinary 25p Shares of the Company, held in an Individual
Savings Account. Mr Peter Metcalfe, a director of the Company, is deemed to
have an interest in these shares and, as a result, is deemed to have an
interest in a total of 20,430 Ordinary 25p Shares of the Company (representing
0.25% of the issued share capital).
