Amati AIM VCT plc (the 'Company')

 

 Allotment of shares

 

The Company announces that on 12 January 2024 it allotted 758,380 ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'Shares') at a price of 93.18p per share to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme.

 

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List will be made and it is expected that admission will be on or around 18 January 2024. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

 

The terms and conditions of the dividend re-investment scheme of the Company are available from the Company's website www.amatiglobal.com/fund/amati-aim-vct/dividend-reinvestment.

 

As a result of the issue, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue will be 151,313,547 and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 151,313,547. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

There are no shares held in Treasury.
