                             Grant of Share Options



CareCapital Group plc, the AIM listed healthcare real estate company, announces
that the Company's Remuneration Committee has granted the following share
options effective 13 September 2007 in respect of Ordinary Shares of 1p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

In accordance with the Company's share option scheme, the Remuneration Committee
has resolved that the exercise price for these options is the mid market closing
price at which the Ordinary Shares were traded on AIM on 13 September 2007,
being 29p per share.


The options must not be exercised, pursuant to the terms of the share option
scheme, for three years but within 10 years from the date of grant.


Save for the above, there are no other changes to the Directors' beneficial
holdings.


The Company further announces that it has granted Options over 600,000 Ordinary
Shares of 1p to other non Board staff members on the same terms mentioned above.
