                         DIRECTORS/PDMR SHARE INTERESTS

Following notifications made in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a), 888 Holdings
plc (the 'Company') wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of
the following persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs'), in
ordinary shares of £0.005 each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') arising
out of the operation of its 888 All-Employee Share Plan.

The following PDMRs were granted share awards in the form of a contingent right
to receive shares and, in respect of Aviad Kobrine only, in the form of a nil
cost option under the 888 All-Employee Plan on 14 September 2006. Following the
satisfaction of the performance conditions to which those share awards were
subject:
     
(a)  share awards in the form of a contingent right to receive shares vested on
     30 April 2007 and the following PDMRs have become beneficially entitled to 
     the following number of Shares; and

(b)  the share award granted to Mr Kobrine in the form of a nil-cost option
     became exercisable and the following number of Shares was transferred to Mr
     Kobrine.
