   Further Update Regarding Notice to Appoint Administrators and Winding Up    
                                   Petition                                    

Further to the announcement made on 11 August 2010, the Company announces that
the winding up petition that was served on the Company by a creditor on 26 July
2010 has been dismissed. The Company also announces that it filed a further
notice to appoint Administrators at Court on 18 August 2010.

Further announcements will be made in due course, as and when appropriate.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for this announcement.
