   Update Regarding Notice to Appoint Administrators and Winding Up Petition   

As announced on 12 July 2010, the Company filed a notice to appoint
Administrators at Court on 12 July 2010.

Although a Moratorium was in place protecting the Company from creditor action
a winding up petition (the "Petition") was served on the Company by a creditor
on 26 July 2010. The Company is in the process of applying to have the Petition
dismissed. Upon the dismissal of the Petition, the Company will continue to
seek to appoint an Administrator.

Further announcements will be made in due course, as and when appropriate.
