(THE “COMPANY”)

The Company was today informed that Jeff Harris, Assistant Fund Manager at GVQ Investment Management Limited, the Investment Manager of the Company had, on 18 February 2016, purchased an aggregate of 7,129 Ordinary 10 pence shares of the Company. 5,096 shares were purchased at a price of 195 pence per share and 2,033 shares were purchased by Mr Harris on behalf of his daughter, Sadie Harris, at 1.948 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Harris and connected persons are interested in a total of 24,292 Ordinary shares (representing 0.35% of the shares in issue), as follows:

Jeff Harris – 22,259 shares (of which 6,671 are held in a SIPP)

Sadie Harris – 2,033 shares
