                 Resignation/Appointment of Company Secretary                  

 

Range Resources Limited (ASX Code: "RRS" and AIM Code: "RRL") ("Range") advises
that Ms Joanna Kiernan has resigned as Company Secretary. Mr Peter Landau, an
Executive Director of Range, will also assume the Company Secretary position
following Ms Kiernan's resignation.
