Sale of Para Personal Care

15th February 2012 Sale of Paras Personal Care Reckitt Benckiser Group plc announces that it has agreed to sell the personal care brands acquired as part of the Paras Pharmaceuticals Limited acquisition in April 2011 to Marico Limited, one of India's leading consumer products companies. The consideration has not been disclosed. The transaction is expected to conclude by the end of the second quarter of 2012.
