Mr Charles Wilkinson was appointed as a non-executive director of Premier
Energy and Water Trust PLC (the "Company") on 23 February 2011. Mr Wilkinson
has 31,223 Ordinary shares in the Company.

Mr Wilkinson has advised the Company of the following directorships held in
other publicly quoted companies in the previous five years (current and past
directorships):

Mr Wilkinson has advised the Company that, as a non-executive director of
Bestwood plc, he was, together with other directors, criticised (in a 1991
report) by DTI inspectors for making, in 1988, an inaccurate confirmation to
auditors.  The proceedings that followed this criticism were quashed by order
of the Court (there being no case to answer) and Mr Wilkinson's full defence
costs were paid out of Central Court Funds.

There are no other details that are required to be disclosed pursuant to LR
9.6.13R of the UKLA Listing Rules.
