On 9 April 2008, the Company announced that Randal MacDonnell, Non-executive
Director of the Company, held 929,216 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company. Due to an administrative error, this number did not
include a further 15,000 Ordinary Shares which Mr MacDonnell had purchased on
20 December 2007 at a price of 9.75p per Ordinary Share, meaning his personal
holding was 944,216 Ordinary Shares.

Additionally, Mr MacDonnell's wife holds 87,220 Ordinary Shares in the Company
which were inadvertently not disclosed when he was appointed to the board in
February 2006. Therefore, under the AIM rules, Mr MacDonnell's total holding in
the Company is 1,031,436 Ordinary Shares, equal to 3.12% of the issued share
capital.
