The Company has been notified today pursuant to Section 198-220 of the
Companies Act 1985 that Hermes Focus Asset Management Limited and Hermes SLP
Limited, have a notifiable interest in 4,076,726 ordinary shares in our
Company, representing 8.364% of the issued share capital as follows:
