The Company announces that it has appointed Frostrow Capital LLP (“Frostrow”) as Company Secretary with effect from 1 February 2016.  In addition, Frostrow will provide management services including administration, accounting and marketing.

The Board would like to thank the team at Capita Sinclair Henderson Limited for their services as Company Secretary.

The Company also announces that its registered office address has changed with immediate effect to:
