Keller Group plc ('the Company')                        

Keller Group plc was advised on 14 March 2006 that Terratest Tecnicas
Especiales SA ('Terratest') sold 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 440p per share on 14 March 2006. Terratest is a connected person of Mr
Pedro Lopez Jimenez, a non-executive director of the Company.

Following this sale, the holding of Terratest in ordinary shares of the Company
is 4,591,985 representing 7.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
