JZ CAPITAL PARTNERS CLOSES CO-INVESTMENT IN K2 TOWERS

JZ Capital Partners Limited (LSE:JZCP.L or “JZCP”), the London listed private equity fund that invests in high quality US and European microcap companies and US real estate, has closed a co-investment alongside an investor group led by Orangewood Partners in K2 Towers (“K2”), an operator and owner of wireless communication towers.

JZCP invested US$22 million in K2 which was founded in 2009 and specialises in acquiring and maintaining wireless communication towers. K2’s existing portfolio stretches throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

David Zalaznick, JZCP’s Founder and Investment Adviser, commented: “This transaction expands our US portfolio of diverse, high quality companies. We are confident in the growth prospects of K2 and the specialist sector in which it operates and look forward to working with management as they grow the business.”
