On 27 March 2008 following an invitation under the Hays UK Sharesave Scheme a
grant of options was made to the following individuals who are either Directors
or Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility:

The options granted were under the terms of the Hays UK Sharesave Scheme, a HM
Revenue & Customs approved scheme, adopted by shareholders in general meeting.
The scheme is open to all eligible employees in the UK.

Options are over Ordinary shares of 1p at an exercise price of 98p per share.
Options granted will become exercisable, normally, from 1 May 2011 until 31
October 2011.
