26 June 2009 Talent Group plc ("Talent" or "the Company") Directorate Change Talent announces, further to the announcement of the interim results of the Company earlier today, that it has appointed Mr Stephen Callen to the board as Finance Director. Stephen, a Chartered Accountant, has over fifteen years experience of the independent television sector. Mr Callen qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980 with Dixon Wilson where he remained until 1986, when he joined Hanover Druce plc as assistant company secretary. In 1988 he was appointed finance director of Sunset + Vine plc in order to oversee their flotation on the Unlisted Securities Market. This company transferred to the main market in 1990 and in 1995 merged with the Molinare Group to become The Television Corporation plc, which subsequently acquired the Mentorn Group. He left The Television Corporation in 2003 to take up a position as finance director of Brentford Football Club, enabling the Club to be re-financed and acquired by its Supporters Trust in 2006. Since then he has been involved in a number of media-related projects.
