Results of C Share Issue

The Diverse Income Trust plc (the "Company") Results of C Share Issue Following the recent announcement of a C Share issue, the Board of The Diverse Income Trust plc is pleased to announce that further to the Open Offer, Placing and Offer for Subscription by the Company, applications have been received under the Open Offer for 27,742,524 C Shares, under the Placing for 68,630,656 C Shares and under the Offer for Subscription for 3,626,820 C Shares, at an issue price of 50 pence each, raising an aggregate of £50 million of gross proceeds for the Company. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for all of the C Shares to be issued pursuant to the Issue to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for such C Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings will commence at 8.00am on 26 June 2014. The ticker symbol for the Company's C Shares will be DITC. The terms and timing of the conversion of the C Shares into Ordinary Shares will be announced in due course.
