Notice of Delisting from CISE Official List

3 June 2014 CRYSTAL AMBER FUND LIMITED (the `Company') Notice of Application for Delisting from Official List The Board hereby announces that the Company intends to make an application to the Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority Ltd. ("CISEA") for the cancellation of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") on the Official List of the Channel Islands Securities Exchange (the " CISE").The Ordinary Shares are currently listed on the CISE and admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. The Board, having consulted with its advisers, has decided that the Company no longer requires that the Ordinary Shares are listed on the CISE for the following reasons: 1. Changes to the rules for Individual Savings Accounts ("ISA") which came into effect from 5 August 2013 provide that investors can hold some or all of their annual ISA allowance in AIM shares. Previously, the Company's shares were only able to be held in ISAs by virtue of the listing on the CISE. 2. The cancellation of the listing of the Ordinary Shares on the CISE will reduce the Company's costs going forward as it will no longer need to incur the administrative and compliance costs in connection with the maintenance of its CISE listing. 3. The Directors would like to simplify the Company's listing structure by having the Ordinary Shares admitted to trading only on AIM going forward. In accordance with the procedures of the CISEA, the Board anticipates the cancellation of the listing to become effective on 1 July 2014, being 20 business days following the issue of this announcement.
