On 28 February 2014, the following transaction took place in relation to
Ordinary shares of 2 1/15p each in the Company in respect of the following
Directors of the Company:

Andy Parker, Gordon Hurst, Maggi Bell, Vic Gysin and Dawn Marriott-Sims

Deferred Annual Bonus Plan ("DABP")

The Directors referred to above were awarded nil cost deferred share awards
under the DABP, as follows:

Andy Parker: 28,065 Ordinary Shares

Gordon Hurst: 25,043 Ordinary Shares

Maggi Bell: 20,725 Ordinary Shares

Vic Gysin: 33,678 Ordinary Shares

Dawn Marriott-Sims: 8,635 Ordinary Shares
