Lloyds' voting rights now 5.72%

Lloyds Banking Group plc notified the company on 9 February that as of 6
February 2009 it held voting rights in respect of 10,706,898 shares in the
capital of the company which represents 5.72% of the total voting rights in
Bodycote plc as at that date (6.56% on 16 January 2009).
