JPMorgan Chase voting rights at 5.04%

JPMorgan Chase & Co notified the company on 9 February that as of 5 February
2009 it held voting rights in respect of 9,440,218 shares in the capital of the
company which represents 5.04% of the total voting rights in Bodycote plc as at
that date.
