JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. notified the company on 13 March that
as of 12 March 2009 it held voting rights in respect of 9,046,773 shares in the
capital of the company which represents 4.83% of the total voting rights in
Bodycote plc as at that date (5.17% on 27 February 2009).
