LISTING RULE 9.6.14 R
Mr John Biles, a Non-Executive Director of Bodycote plc, resigned as a
Non-Executive Director of ArmorGroup International plc, with effect from 8 May
2008, as a consequence of the acquisition of that company by G4S Limited.
