Old Mutual unveils board changes

Old Mutual has revealed board changes with Danuta Gray joining as a non-executive director and Eva Castillo stepping down.
Gray will join the board as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 March and will become a member of the group audit, remuneration and nomination committees.
Castillo will resign as a non-executive director with effect from 28 February because of the burden of her other commitments, in particular those associated with her role as chairman and chief executive of Telefónica Europe, a position that she took on during the second half of 2012.
