Castellum buys three properties in Gothenburg

Castellum has acquired three properties in Högsbo, Gothenburg, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Harry Sjögren AB. The properties are situated near the company's existing portfolio and consist of 17,700 sq.m. in total of which half is office premises and half is warehouse premises. At the acquisition the occupancy rate was approximately 90%. The investment amounted to SKr145m and the change of possession has taken place. Castellum also said that Harry Sjögren has started a new construction in Viared, Bor�¥s, of 9,200 sq.m. of which 8,750 sq.m. are high bay warehouse premises and the remaining part is office premises. The new construction is fully let and is estimated to be completed at the end of 2012. The investment is calculated to SKr58m. In Rosersberg, Sigtuna, Fastighets AB Brostaden has started a new construction of 4,080 sq.m., of which 2,820 sq.m. consist of warehouse premises and 1,260 sq.m. office premises. The investment is calculated to SKr40m and to be completed at the end of 2012. Currently there are no signed leases in the property. In �?rebro Aspholmen Fastigheter AB has acquired an industrial property of 3,050 sq. m. which is situated near the company's existing portfolio. Currently there are no signed leases in the property. The investment amounted to SKr20m and the change of possession has taken place. In Backa, Gothenburg, Eklandia Fastighets AB has started reconstruction of a warehouse/logistics property for a new customer.
