                   Appointment of Corporate Broker


The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Matrix Corporate
Capital LLP ("Matrix") as corporate broker to the Company with
immediate effect.
Amongst their services, Matrix have agreed to make a market in
Hygea's shares and to report on the secondary market in the Company's
shares.
John Hustler, a Director, comments: 'Hygea is pleased to have
appointed Matrix as the Company's corporate broker and the Board hope
that their appointment combined with the recent cash positive
investment realizations can narrow the gap between the Company's net
asset value per share and share price in the market.'

Beaumont Cornish Limited will continue as the Company's Sponsor and
Financial Advisor.
