We are writing to you in connection with your investment in Goldman Sachs Global Currency Fund-Dollar Plus (the 'Trust') to notify you of a proposed change to the definition of 'Business Day'.
The definition of 'Business Day' currently includes a day on which banks are open for business in Dublin, London and New York provided that the Manager with the agreement of the Trustee, may determine any day not satisfying these criteria to be a Business Day.

It is intended that this change to the definition of 'Business Day will be effective 1st October, 2009.
