Statement re Press Speculation 

The Board of JSJS Designs plc (AIM:JSJS) notes the recent press speculation relating to a possible collaboration agreement with Siemens AG. 

The Board announces that it is collaborating with Electrium Sales Ltd (a subsidiary  of Siemens AG) to develop a range of  door chime products for the retail and wholesale electrical markets in the UK and Europe. It has been agreed that on launch the above products will be marketed under the Siemens brand. 

In addition, a collaboration with Siemens AG, in regard to a range of home automation products is under consideration with a number of possible products currently being evaluated by Siemens AG. 

John Shermer CEO commented, 'I see this as an exciting start to a hopefully wider collaboration with Siemens, which will give us excellent access to the broad consumer market in the UK and Europe.'
