                      PROMOTION AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
                           WITH PARTOUCHE INTERACTIVE
                                        
                                        
The Board of Playwize, the AIM quoted developer of software for the
entertainment industry, is pleased to announce that it has signed a promotion
and distribution agreement with Partouche Interactive, the interactive division
of Partouche, the leading casino operator in France, which has over 50 casinos.

Today's agreement provides Playwize with the ability to promote and distribute
the Company's flagship Playwize poker game (the 'Game') through various channels
in France, including all Partouche casino locations, under the name
Partouchewize Poker.

The Game has been fully localised, so players in France will be able to
experience the Game's exclusive interactive tutorial, in-game advice and
statistics calculator in French. The Board of Playwize believes that the
agreement with Partouche will increase awareness of the Game amongst a key
demographic in France, who will be able to get free copies of the Game on disc
or through a download on the Company's website: www.playwize.fr, or the
Partouche Interactive website: www.partouchewize.com.

Foo Katan, CEO of Playwize, said: 'No other poker game in the French market has
the suite of features offered by Playwize Poker - and none are fully localised
to the French language. With Partouche, we will be able to promote the Game
through strategic distribution channels throughout the country.'
