Strategic update

32Red is a UK betting and gaming brand whose success to date has been founded on
its focus and exposure to the UK. The Group will continue this approach and the
recent acquisition of Betdirect and the sponsorship of Premiership football club
Aston Villa underline our ongoing strategic positioning.

The vast majority of 32Red's business is sourced from outside the USA. However,
a limited percentage of revenue has originated from the USA on our casino and
poker platforms and the profit from this revenue stream has been immaterial in
the year to date. Betdirect, our UK focussed sports betting operation, has never
accepted bets from the USA.

Following the changes in US legislation concerning the Safe Ports Act, 32Red
will no longer accept any bets from the United States with effect from 9am,
Friday 13th October.
