                                TRADING UPDATE

Orpak Systems Ltd., the leading provider of card-free secure fuel payment
systems based on vehicle identification and end-to-end solutions for the
automation of fuel stations,  issues the following trading update for the three
months ended 30 September 2006.

The Directors are pleased to report that the Company continues to experience
buoyant trading conditions and has made solid progress in fulfilling major
orders during the third quarter.

Orpak completed deliveries to Mega Oil in Russia for management information
systems for 53 refuelling stations in bus parks and automatic refuelling system
based on vehicle identification system (FuelOmat) for 6,000 buses. In India, the
Company continued to execute the current orders on time and within budget.

Orpak also remains on track with the deployment of its systems for major
customers in Turkey and Romania.

As a result, the Directors expect to report third quarter results in line with
market expectations with a 25% increase in revenues to $11.6m, compared with the
same period in 2005.

Looking forward, the demand for Orpak's products and services remain high and it
has entered the fourth quarter with a good backlog of orders. As a result, the
Directors are confident of delivering significant growth in revenues for the
full year 2006.

Orpak will announce its third quarter results on 16 November 2006.
