Commercial Update

The Board of betinternet, the global on-line gaming group, is pleased to
announce that it is on target to launch a new version of its website prior to
next month's football World Cup.

In addition to the sportsbook, the website will include a new random number
generator casino, as well as a suite of fixed odds games, which are expected to
contribute significantly to the group's revenues.

Furthermore, following the previously announced strategy to widen the customer
reach of the sportsbook, betinternet.com can now accept wagers from customers
based in the United States.

The Company is also pleased to announce that in its last full trading week the
group achieved turnover in excess of £3million. This turnover was generated
through the group's sportsbook, live dealer casino, and its pari-mutuel
business, European Wagering Services.
