                      Extension to MTR Maintenance Contract

UniVision, the AIM listed Hong Kong based designer and installer of digital
surveillance and integrated security systems, is pleased to announce an
extension to its current maintenance contract with Hong Kong's metro operator,
the MTR Corporation.

UniVision will continue to provide maintenance support for the MTR's CCTV
systems, passenger information display and the public address systems. The
contract is for a period of three years and is expected to contribute £1.5
million in revenues over that period. The contract is open to further three year
extension.

The MTR transports 2.5 million passengers on a normal weekday and is a key part
of Hong Kong's public transport network.

Stephen Koo, Executive Chairman of UniVision, commented, 'This contract
extension is particularly pleasing as it serves as testament to the quality of
the service we provide our customers. MTR is a high profile example of the work
undertaken by our company and this 3 year deal provides further visibility in
our business.'
